You'd be better off smacking him over the head with an air tank, if you have any of them handy.

Anyway, the whole thing sounds bizarre, like he has some kind of klepto problem and is trying to overcome it.

Haha, I guess so! xD But he's actually the perfect thief, since he's so big, it would be impossible to tell if anything were in his pockets or under his shirt or whatever.
