She's on mat leave! Ry-face goes and visits her fat drooling baby and whispers sweet things into its ear because he's so grateful that it came along and gave him a promotion. Then he goes home to Spencer and says weird things about how wonderful babies are which prompts Spencer to get him another kitten to stave off what he interprets as a frustrated maternal instinct but is actually Ryan's deadly ambition.

Ryan loves the little cat anyway, and names her Hornrim, as in horn-rimmed glasses.
