I've been going to the gym lately. I did 7.5 miles on the bike today and 1.11 miles on the stairmaster, or equivalent to 56 flights of stairs. I also did a lot of weights and such working on my legs and upper body. come on buff austin.

I ran really well on cake 6 max today. Then I made the mistake of playing hu nl100 on cake and for some reason thought it'd be a good idea to shove 27o on a 2TAT board and then get called by A7o. Been tearing up the 6.50 turbo sng's on stars. Took 6th in a 1k guarantee on cake, but i'm hating myself because i completely blew off my chips at the final table. If I'd have used the same sense I was using the rest of the tournament I probably could have won the thing. Oh well.
