EDIT:
So we can ya know... talk about the point of the entry, ie: Matted fur, and ignorance to dog's basic needs.
So this guy comes into the grooming department of PetCo and asks for his dog back. The guy working there tells him he is in the back and the PO says, "No no, he is lying right there, I see him under the cart"
Groomer, "No sir, your dog is in the back..."
SPO, "No no, he is right there! Come here boy, he is sleeping!"
Groomer, "Uh, sir, that isn't your dog. That is the hair we shaved off of him." (holds it up, the hair is all stuck together with matting, it basically looks like he skinned and made a rug out of the dog because it is in a perfect dog-shape).
SPO, "You shaved him?? Why did you do that?"
Groomer, "His fur was completely matted, sir..."
SPO, "So, what? Is that a bad thing? Why did you do something like that?"
Groomer, "Sir, this is mat, it bad for your dog... very painful and unhealthy. The dog is a lot happier now."
SPO *doesn't believe him but decides to pretend anyway* "Okay well where is he? I need to feed him. What do I feed him?"
Groomer, "Uh.... dog food..."
So then the groomer then proceeds to point the guy to me (he is a mexicanforeign guy that speaks really poor English and his son knows more about the dog than him, and his son doesn't know much either) to get them some dog food. So I ask him what he usually feeds the dog and he answers "Chicken." >8| I have a pet peeve against people that feed their dogs human food. Apparently all he fed his dog was chicken. I hope the bones were not included. So I get him a free sample of some Nutro to see if his dog likes it so we can get a bigger bag(this is like, one helping for one meal) and the guy says "I don't want it to be expensive" and I tell him it's a free sample and he says that is good enough and leaves. 8|
Obviously one of those guys that gets his kid a dog because the kid wanted one sooo bad and refuses to be involved in it's life besides paying for it's food... sometimes.
