You seem like the type of person that would enjoy doing these types of things.
Miranda July, director of Me and You and Everyone We Know came up with these "artistic assignments"

ie:

Assignment #11: Photograph a scar and write about it

Assignment #27: Take a picture of the sun

Assignment #30: Take a picture of strangers holding hands

Assignment #50: Take a flash photo under your bed

yes, still in fresno. its like dog years, one year here is like 7 everywhere else.
