Tonight the Clackamas Community College is hosting its own 24 hour Comic Day with Scott McCloud giving a "keynote address" (?). It'll be 6pm tonight to 6pm tomorrow. It's like 15 minutes from my house, but it's $20.

I'm also unsure of watching the man do a "keynote" and burning the first hour or so of consciousness during a 24 hour jag. It seems counter-productive.

I'm sure it'll be a real interesting event, but yeah, if I had gone I wouldn't have been able to put a book to bed and get the next one started.
