I used to able to see animation from user pics & the mood icons. Now I no longer do. WTF?!?!?!?!?!

I wanna see them again. I use Windows XP and it's REALLY PISSING ME OFF!

The eye is actually going to hit Biloxi, MS. There is a levee breach at Tenessee St. East of the Quarter. There is an unconfirmed report that a building has collapsed.
