AN: the conclusion

Aaron had to admit that watching over his wife and children from the afterlife wasn't exactly how he wanted to spend the rest of his days until his wife, his widow, joined him - but well, it was well worth it. He batted away a pink fluffy cloud, irritated with the color. It was one of those shades of pink that reminded him far too much of that medicine that Ulrich swore by after his heartburn made itself known.

He had to admit that he hadn't planned on seeing his old friend slowly warming to his wife, but he knew that Joshua would take good care of his children, good care of his wife. If not, well, he didn't see anything wrong with pestering him from beyond the grave...
