( I got my hair cut again! )

So a lady I work with had these slippers she loved, but they were falling apart, so I told her I'd try to make another pair for her. I did some reverse engineering and they turned out pretty well. I figured I'd better write it down, just in case she ever wants more.

I got a spinning wheel! It's a Schacht Ladybug. The treadles are shaped like ladybug wings, the wheel is red, and every wheel has a little ladybug in a different place. It's really cute, and I love it!

So I got a job, yay! I am working for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. My position is Ratings Analyst and I will let you know what that means in a few days :) I'm working in Southfield, which is a lot better than downtown Detroit anyway, and I can still live at home for awhile. So it's official! I graduated on Saturday; it even snowed, very appropriate for my last day as a Tech student. And now I'm back in Sterling Heights and looking for a job, woohoo!
