These are influenced by the fact that I was introduced to them by CFUD, and the fact that everyone and their mom slashes Saiyuki (or at least the fandom I've exposed myself to does.)
Hakkai/Gojyo is my Saiyuki OTP. They're best friends and canonically each other's most important person (or, at least their most important person who is still alive - wow Hakkai has issues). They know each other inside and out. And they're both damaged. Hakkai, I think, would never feel at all content in a relationship where the other person hasn't experienced that level of pain through other relationships gone wrong (Kanan killing herself was more than a tragedy - it also felt like a betrayal). Total agreement on Hakkai/Gojyo.
Sanzo/Goku I don't see as sexual currently, but of anyone Sanzo knows, the only one I can see him having sex with is Goku. UM. I need to add that whenever I write about Sanzo, I always touch on Goku, especially towards the end of most fics because Goku is the most important person in Sanzo's life (of those who're still alive), and canonically, so many things centre around the two of them.
I ship them in the way I ship Fakir/Ahiru because the idea of Ahiru having sex is ajskdjflsalk. It's more trust and things like when Sanzo tells Goku that he'd kill him if he ever went insane. Things that straddle the line between shipping and gen.
(Ultimately, though, Sanzo/Goku sex would be hilarious if only for peanut gallery comments from Hakkai and Gojyo.)

I could maybe see Sanzo hatesexing Gojyo... it hurts me a little though. Ow. Okay, not happening.
With Goku, I think that when he does have sex, he'll be more into cute and bouncy girls. Or cute and shy girls. And be very lovey-dovey and sweet and into long-term monogamy.
With Sanzo... I think it'd be more like a once in a blue moon type of thing, which would be largely based on trust. But since they'd want different things I have trouble seeing it. Maybe if Sanzo worked on his issues.

I read two or three AS/S fics, but it was only a couple days after the book came out and they were absolutely terrible. It was very disappointing. So I'll definitely be trying hpthenextgen.
Also, Draco would be more disturbed by Scorpius being with a Hufflepuff than with a boy or a Potter.
Haha, yes! Being gay or bi is one thing, but a Hufflepuff?!
