So the Rangers season came down to the very last game, and they lost in a shootout.

What am I supposed to say? That I'm so upset? That I'm so surprised? It came down to the LAST.GAME.

Yeah :/ I probably feel the worst for Henrik, getting hung out to dry all the time this season.

Hahaha! Thinking about the Yankees generally makes me feel better sports-wise.

You basically summed up a lot of how I feel right now. I mean, yes I decided to believe they were making the playoffs and yeah I'm upset because my team's season is over and as much as they've annoyed me all year I will miss them. But I'm a realist, and that season left a lot to be desired, so I'm not really shocked. It just makes me mad that if this team had shown more of the intensity of the last few weeks throughout the whole season, everything wouldn't have come down to a stupid shootout in game 82.

Le sigh. Maybe next year will be better? My dream is that Henrik will have a team in front of him who actually help him out.

Ughhh, you said a lot of what i feel, too. I'll miss them, too, but I don't see how anyone could be shocked. I can't believe it came down to a shootout, but hey, that's the NHL now, and they wouldn't have had to deal with it if the last few games had been a reflection of what their whole season had been >:/

Yeah, maybe next year X( Henrik shouldn't even hang out with any of them this offseason lmao, he should just peace out to Sweden.

They didn't deserve to go, but Henrik did. :( I wish they do something major over the summer and give Henrik a team he deserves. http://henriklundqvisthockey.blogspot.com
