I really want to learn how to build websites like that. Right now, I build all of my websites with Adobe Golive, since I don't know a lick of HTML (a music video and fanfic XF website, if you're interested, here: http://keyofx.cheesejoose.com).

I've asked other people before, and as I understand it, you first "draw" the layout in Photoshop and then...convert it to CSS and HTML? Is there a tutorial somewhere for this?

I've bookmarked your site and will take a closer look at the music vids as soon as I have more time cause they all look very promising.

A good start for beginners (where I started as well) are these HTML/CSS tutorials by Komet Tails Designs. The div layer tutorial should be what you are looking for.
Then a look at this tutorial list from DayDream Graphics would be good.

Oooh, that looks awesome! Do you mind if I study your CSS and stuff for that? (Not copying of course, just looking. ;P )
