So Hurricane Irene turned into Tropical Storm Irene turned into Massive Fucking Windstorm Irene, and to put it simply, nothing really happened. It didn't even rain. Worse letdown than Earl, except Earl didn't put out power. I think we lost it at around noon but it came back for good at about nine that night, but started flickering off and on at
