A full rainbow in Kenosha, Wisconsin

I was in Kenosha, Wisconsin yesterday (more on that hopefully not too much later). Weather forecasts promised rain and possibly some near tornado level winds - which, in the classic Chicago area fashion, meant intense bursts of rain, followed by sun, followed by cloudy weather, followed by quieter rain, etc
