The first part of this story was posted ages ago for fonapola. Good news! It's (almost) finished now. I'm a day late for spawnfic_tues but I'm not waiting until next week to post. The muse has been too fickle to risk upsetting her.

Aww, poor Dean but yay? Has this time to spend with his family, a family that's already passed on and he wants to tell JD everything, but he can't. I'm getting such a Back to the Future vibe. :D It's very heavy, doc (Casey). :D

Gah! Dean's so hopeful to see Sam. Still breaks my heart.

But the rest of the fic makes me smile and very happy to see JD back in circulation. :D

Though he doesn't know it, Dean just has to be patient for a little while because the resurrected Sam will be along in this verse soon!
