Thanks Flisters, for all the insight about wearing and buying hearing aids. I really appreciate it. I decided that I'm not in a situation yet where hearing aids are truly necessary

A free trial sounds good, but don't let the man talk you into buying them if you truly don't need/aren't going to use them. A waste of money in a time where that isn't smart.
