Yep it's obvious that Gibb doesn't know about Booth because in Bones canon the man who rasied Booth was a bastard. So maybe Gibbs find out late in life that Booth is the product of an affair he had at some point. Jackson found out but never told him.

There are lots of ways to go at this and I'm a sucker for the "who's your daddy?" stories.

I think Booth and Tony would really hit it off. i wonder if anyone has ever written NCIS/Bones

Aw, she'll get along great with them. She'll probably love listening to Ducky's stories, and end up telling him about something she read that sort of correlates with the story he told.

Probably not, but why stop on the world's account? Mwah-ha-ha-ha... I can just see those two scaring the pants off Tony, and not in the way he'd want either! lol!

Abby and Angela would totally get along. Ducky and his stories might confuse Bones. I think Hodgins and Abby would have to compete for King/Queen of the lab.

You know, when he wasn't destroying the Earth, torturing Jack, searching for Martha or abusing the Doctor.

Well I have not seen NCIS, but I've seen enough of clips with Gibbs to know that he doesn't fit what we've been told of Booth's father (ie drunken abuser). But maybe Gibbs is Booth's uncle? Perhaps Booth's mother is Gibbs' sister.

Maybe Gibbs had an affair with Booth's mother and didn't know until now that Booth existed.

But you're right - Booth's dad was a horrible man - so by default the man who raised him can't be Gibbs
