As for Ezra's second death - it will, for the moment, remain a bit of a mystery. Something that Vin can continue to tease him with.

As much as I love all the story, my favourite part is Vin teasing Ezra about "that incident" [whistles innocently] But I'll never tell either, cus Ezra would pout and be impossible to live with.

I am so glad you enjoyed the story. Vin was only concerned with appearing self serving - it's just not in his nature.
