Terrific start to the story and Ezra as an Immortal is just too cool! Charlotte has her work cut out for her trying to protect Ezra from Maude. He is just too adorable and really needs some help. You have Maude down just right. Thanks for posting this and I'm looking forward to the next part.

Thanks. Glad you like the story. I figured making Maude Immortal and Ezra adopted would explain some of her less than maternal instincts toward him.

I see Charlotte working very hard to give Ezra a normal childhood amidst all the baggage Maude laid on him

Very interesting story. I like the idea of an immortal/seven fic. It's good to see Ezra getting some positive influence and care in his young life. You're right this idea would explain Maude's les than stellar parenting skills and seemingly nonexistent mother's love. It will be real intersting to see Ezra growing up in flashes as he gets dropped off with Charlotte on occasion. And I really can't wait to see him grown with the seven, will any of them be immortal as well? Will he tell them? Will they meet Charlotte? Lol, i seem to have many questions, can't wait to read more.
