I mean I know your taking all these medications..but are they helping? I used to take tons and have been diagnosed with manic depression, anxiety, and a personality disorder by several doctors.
Yet, I stopped taking all my medications in 2003...The only one I do take now and then is xanax...because i have anxiety attacks...and fits of rage from time to time and it calms me right down.
I found that when I had the 10 different scripts that the suck ass Psychiatrist gave me were only making me worse.
why do you dislike yourself so much?
and i wouldn't be so mad at people who want to help you (even if you didn't ask for it) atleast they care about you and want to help you.

I am not trying to be mean or anything but my Boss had an 'episode' and she said it was like a little mini vacation for her, and she recommends everyone try it sometime.
Yeah I used to take birth control also.. I kept switching brands cause that shit wasn't helping either. It fucks with chemicals in your brain also. I'm not saying not to use some sort of protection but maybe you could do a diffrent form

actually the birth control is probably the only pill that is actually helping me right now. before i was on it i would just go insane before i started my period and now that i'm on it, i hardly have any pms at all. plus it kinda helps out with my skin and i don't have to freak out as much if a condom breaks. lol
