In light of recent 'developments' concerning fansubbing, STORMY team sub is taking action, alongside other fansub groups.

We are referring to the continuous uploading of our subs to streaming sites - most notable of which are DRAMACRAZY and MYSOJU - and the online selling/peddling of subbed files, which include STORMY's subs.

Important information, please read! )

This is so sad, so, so sad...

It's the same people kept doing to Gachapin and other sources raw files: earning money from it, streaming it all around. This is so unrespectul I want to hit them all.

I totally support your decision, it seems there's no way out, ne? I myself had to lock last_of_days membership for similar reasons - and, you know, raw files are not even a bit as grave as subbed ones. People should be ashamed. People should be grateful and follow the rules - but once it seems some of them are not able to do it, we end up taking measurements that are certainly annoying for everyone, but essential.

I hope the streaming season, if not totally cut off (it sounds impossible to me), will at least be reduced now.

Please, keep up with the wonderful job, though! We respectful fans (and most of us are, I think) are really in love with you now, with so many good things you bring to us, so thanks a lot :]

I still dream with older times...

hey gwen!

ya, i agree...i'm dealing with the same problem too...though mine's more worse since we can't lock our communities(it's not on LJ) and besides the Japan companies, we have American companies to deal with too(animes) and yet it's all over the streaming sites...and we can't possible track them all them and ask them to remove our videos...

so i can understand and support stormy's decision...haiz...when will the leechers understand...

I am so sorry that all of this confusion has come up and no matter what has been said there will always be people that will disregard the wishes of others. I have seen it over and over that people disregard the messages even if they are blatantly flashing on the video itself. I can understand all of the measures that you are taking and I completely respect them.

what you did to this community is the right one. you do what you have to do. those people who don't respect rules are not people i think. they can't read, or maybe they don't understand english too, so they don't understand the rules. i believe in real world, they don't follow rules too, just do what they want to do.

your community has the biggest members. everyone love your subs and your teams really do a great job for subbing videos. you work hard so we can enjoy our boys. you share because you care.

wishing the culprit will be found out soon and get banned for life. and i'm just hoping everything will work out soon and get better. keep up the good work...^^

sorry to hear about what's been happening with all the streaming sites. i was hoping that the situation would get better but i guess since they block the IPs it's really hard to reach them in the first place. I remember crunchyroll in the past but at least they respect the subbers and once they're told, they will take down the episodes.

hopefully this time it will be better for fansubbers.

just want to say that i really appreciate all the hard work that you guys put in for us fangirls(guys) and i always look forward to your releases:)

if there's anything that we can do to help please let me know:)
