Yay!
Things are really coming together for this year's NaNo project. I have a beginning, middle, and ending that promise to hold up to an outline and at least semi-intense scrutiny (though it could still use some fleshing--but that's okay, at this stage!). I like the idea of writing the source material if only to provide more of an idea of what my characters are like--as well as the universe to which they belong and how they perceive and interact with it. And yes, they are absolutely fizzy-giggly fun to work on, especially when your hands are tied for the story itself. November First will probably mean I disappear for a solid week at least. I have to get one of those word-count calendars so I can mark off my progress. Might also have to try personal word-wars.
