This past weekend I began dissecting our old Quantex machine. I want to either give it away, or get rid of it, but of course I don't want any of my private stuff on it. Yesterday was better.  I tried to get away from the computer.  Got some bedroom pictures hung - with the new furniture, we had to reorganize a bit.  I also got laundry done.  We've been away dancing/calling the last two weekends.  It piles up quickly.  Wrote a bit as well.

Before I knew it, evening had come, and the dancers began arriving.

Today I did many household cleaning chores - clothing, bedding, floors, counters, bathrooms, etc.

Ex-square dancer Carl and his partner Brian are coming into NYC, and we are lending them our house.

We are currently in Fort Myers.  I will be calling over the weekend.

Sunday night we came home and watched The Evil Dead. Low budget but still a classic horror film with cool special effects for its time. The musical was so much fun, and the CD is hilarious as well. I'm realizing now that the musical must be a combo of Evil Dead and Evil Dead 2 (which I will have to re-watch as well ( Read more... )
