Love the giant catsup bottle. The beer can yard is wonderful in a quirky way. Who would have thought that something good could have come out of one man's alcoholism!
I love "Roadside America" type things. We have some great attractions in New York: The huge statue of "Nipper" on a factory roof in Troy, NY The "Big Teepee" in Cherry Valley, NY The "Big Duck" on Long Island and the "Tin Man" here in Syracuse: https://plus.google.com/111075143553384385194/posts/QBwDqCJQkjv
We could *so* have some good road trips together. I love kitschy tourist stuff, as you can probably tell from my Flickr albums.
I've seen Nipper on the roof of a building in Baltimore, but I haven't seen the Troy, NY one! The Tin Man sounds interesting; I'll definitely have to drop by and see him!
The Cherry Valley Tepee looks pretty nifty too; I love vintage roadside architecture! I'll have to show you my pictures of the Launching Pad some time, with it's fifteen-foot-tall Gemini-era astronaut standing outside.
Hah, that waffle. Do they have a special waffle iron for these?
Also, you know those silicon moulds for fried eggs? These are usually heart-shaped etc., but I think there might be a real market for US-state shaped ones. Might be a bit boring if you're from Wyoming or so, but for other states they'd be fun!

State-shaped egg moulds are a pretty good idea too; someone should do that!
