I'd also like a method to swap wardens and request alternate ones, but there's only so much one can ask for without needing to throw the Admiral off the barge.

At the very least, they shouldn't keep their discussions behind a special filter. We deserve a say.
Switching wardens probably couldn't occur without the Admiral's intervention, but a sort of... unofficial back-up warden to keep your own in check could work.

Not all abuse this; not all wardens leave, but some do. The promise of their deal is not strong enough to keep them here - to make them stay, to make them help us.
What if we cannot stop them from abandoning us? What if nothing can be done?
