Hi, I am amaphone and I will be taking point on this case.
Thanks for the info and links, I have gone through and looked at both fics and I will be attempting to contact both users.

Just had a PM from the accused in response to a review I left on the fic:

I KNOW that's suise82's intro, I READ her story and really liked her intro so
I borrowed it! I tried to ask her permission, but she didn't email me back. I
was going to go a completely different direction, but now I'm going to remove
it.
