To roguemudblood for the absolutely stupendous plague poem:

Your poem, it is outstanding
And your talent is demanding
of a tribute quite as fitting
as my own skill is permitting
so to you I doff my cap
for calling out the crap
thanks for being witty
in the war against the...
Plagiarists will plague
and their motives will be vague
but warriors like you
who are so stalwart and true
mean the battle will be won
and sometimes even fun
so thank you, thanks again
for your hard work and your pen!

Thank you for doing so much to help battle these thieves and for giving me a much-needed laugh. One of my friends was among those plagiarized.

I am so sorry to hear that! I hate that this .... I'm trying to be polite and keep derogatory terms to myself ... person did this to so many actual authors.

Why on earth would anyone devote that much effort to theft? Especially when some of the stories were not exactly of the first water to begin with? She needs a new hobby. Tatting or something. Congrats to all who put forth stupendous effort to proving what a bizarre case this was!

Thanks! But I was thinking maybe hockey or lacrosse. Something violent. Lots of injuries. She can take out her ragequit issue on the field.

thank you, all of you, for the incredibly hard work you put into this. It's been a long time since I've been plagiarized (that I know of!) and I'm still reeling a bit. I really appreciate everything you've done. Fight the good fight!

this person still just astounds me. lack of guilt? why, she was trying to save all of her stolen stories on tumblr on FRIDAY. luckily it seems she has deleted that account, but I wouldn't be surprised to find her somewhere else soon. sad, really.

The admins of tumblr actually took that one down when they were made aware of the plagiarism. mekina made note of the response from admins here.

And thank you for pointing out one I had missed - I'm very glad you did! I'm sorry that you've had to deal with your stories being stolen at all - much less more than once. I certainly hope that it doesn't happen again.

Just wanted to say thank you again for finding this person and letting us authors know about it, so we could report her and get our stolen fics taken down. It sucks to have something like this happen, but it's great that there are people like you who are looking into it. Thank you so much.

Not a problem at all! As I noted on TaPiR, this one actually only came to my attention because of a report to us at AFF about a story she had posted in our WWE section there, with a link to the original. We always check the other postings, and doing so led me to her FFN. One quick check of her first posted story at that time led me to AO3 and had me banging my head on the desk, while looking at the "191" at the top of her profile.

But this has been more than worth the effort. I imagine for the next few months though I won't be able to review a story without getting the reaction of "oh, no - not me too!" from the author. Ah, well. Initial heart rate aside, reviews are lifeblood, so hopefully the endorphins that kick in from the knowledge that it's not a plagiarism notice will offset. :)

As a mod of a fic comm where some of the writers who were plagiarized are members, I thank you for all of the hard work and action taken in this case. Most of our members have rallied and reported on as many stories as possible.

Thank you all for reporting! I can only do so much by myself as far as getting the stories actually downed, so it's communities like this - authors and readers rallying together to report - that can really make the difference.
