On July 17, 2010, xlivvieheartex reported a case of possible plagiarism in the BtVS/Ats fandom. orbofthesuah wrote Five By Five, which shares similarities with queen_mecha’s fic, The Devil’s Number. Screen caps can be found in the original report, here.

And not to pile on, but the utter illiteracy of replies and author notes makes me shudder to even imagine trying to read their 'stories.' No wonder the plagiarism stands out!

Thanks so much for your time and effort put into this case. There are still a few people helping me to futher this so if I find more instances, should I just contact Orb myself?

No problem. You could contact her, or you could leave a comment here, and I can edit the post as needed. Honestly, she seems pretty...hmm...clueless? So, I don't know if contacting her will do much good, although I suppose it's always worth a shot.
