I've been a member of this comm since its infancy (has it really been five years. OMG!) and I can hand on heart say I am extremely appreciative of all the hard work you guys do

Well, thanks for being here! (And such a long time too - eek!) We would be pointless without the people who stick with us.

I think you have done a spectacular job. No, you can't stop it but you can do your part and give someone who has has work stolen a place to go. Go you!

And thank you for sticking with us! We're worthless without our community members listening and spreading awareness.

I think you guys are doing a marvelous job! And as for awareness...your name gets handed to victims right and left, so people are aware you exist and more are made aware all the time. And in a couple of cases, the timing suggests that simply being told they are being reported to you strikes enough fear into the hearts of thieves plagiarists that they take down the work that never was theirs in the first place.

Awareness makes the whole community work, I think, so it's good to hear that our name does seem to be getting out there and actually mean something. Thanks for being part of the community!

I think what you are doing is so important. People need to understand that fanfiction is the product of hard work and creativity and belongs as much to the person who wrote it as any professional writings. You are a crucial part of the fight for that respect.
