More Holiday shopping. Like a boss. [OPEN]

What: Minato's going holiday shopping. Minato has a lot of friends. Therefore it's a lot of stuff.
When: Anytime this week (18th-24th)
Where: Around the Thor's shopping district
Warnings: Excessive amounts of possible holiday cheer. (Prose or action tags. Both are fine.)

[maka is doing her best to make her way through the shoppers. it looks like the people are a lot more crazier this year with christmas than the last. constantly pardoning herself, she tries to grab at least a smoothie for herself before going back to work.]

[Minato's done his best to stay out of high-traffic areas while shopping, but sometimes he's just gotta tough it out.]

[Of course, that means keeping a constant, brisk pace so as to not get swept up by the moving crowds. And sometimes that pace just isn't enough to avoid obstacles, especially small ones. Like Maka. Kthunk. Oops. Minato manages to stop the cart and go around it to see who he hit and apologize.]

Ow, ow, ow, ow...

[she'll be sitting on the floor, holding her head.]

[Oh. Oops.]

Ah. Maka. Sorry about that. [He holds out a hand to help her up.] You alright?

[Despite little familiarity with the craziness of holidays, Geki can be crafty and enough of a jerk to dash by and jump crowds. One of them lands him just short of a cart.]

Ah-! This is insane...

[While he's had one or two accidents already, Minato manages to see the large tiger jump in his path soon enough so that he could stop the cart before another occurred, albeit barely.]

[Doesn't take much to recognize it, though.]

Oh, sorry. ...Guess that's one way to get around crowds.

[He can see Minato somewhat behind he the pile of things in the cart and moves to see him better, recognizing the blue hair and voice from the Guide.]

It's fine. People are adamant about their own pace, so it's more convenient.

So I've noticed. Hard to move as is without constantly adjusting speed.

Well Minato, if you were planning on finding something for your loving girlfriend, perhaps it will have to wait... because that arm slipping in to link with your just happens to belong to Kaguya.

"Well, hello there."

He's already gotten the gift already, which doesn't make the sudden encounter any less potentially dangerous, as it's sitting in the cart. Hopefully she doesn't guess which one it is... Still, heleans his head to rub against her briefly in greeting.

"Hey. Haven't seen you out in a bit."

Her eyes are for him, not the contents of his cart. So, with a small hum in response to his touch, she leans up, kissing him on the cheek.

"Mm. Perhaps... but, I'm here now. That's what counts, doesn't it?"

"Yeah. That works."

He'd reach around to hug her, but with his arm in her grip, that wasn't happening. Oh well. This was good enough.

"How about we get out of the crowds for a bit? Unless there's somewhere you want to go?"

[ Jasmine is getting some last minute shopping in, but instead of a shopping cart she just has multiple bags of things. Some people she just can't figure out what to get them, though, which is why she's ducking in and out of stores but not spending as much as she had hoped to at this point in time. ]

[And suddenly cart right in front of you as Minato dodges a crowd, and then suddenly comes to a stop to avoid hitting other things. Only then does he notice her standing there.]

Sorry. Geez... been running into everybody today.

Oh! Don't apologize... it's okay. [ She smiles warmly, adjusting the bags on her arms and in her hands. ] Gift shopping?

[He nods.] Yeah. Got a few people to shop for.

[Xion's in a similar boat! what with having loads upon loads of CR friends herself, it's taken her a good deal of the month to have picked out something for everyone. but she's finally finishing up! she's wandering through the district herself, not really paying attention to where she's going... and might not be noticing where exactly she's going at the moment, which means bumping into Minato. whoops!]

[If all his stuff wasn't in the cart, there would have been a horrible accident right there with presents everywhere. Fortunately, this was not the case.]

[while she's certainly happy to see her friend, she's still a little embarrassed at her little oversight. she scratches the back of her head, smiling apologetically.]

Sorry. I guess I wasn't watching where I was going.
