[when Nepeta sees Will pass by, nothing strikes her out of the ordinary at first. the psychic thing doesn't faze her at all (it's a normal thing for lots of trolls, after all), and shopping in itself is a rather mundane task.

while her natural instinct makes her blush at the sight of the buckets-why do humans always insist on bringing such filthy objects out into the open like it's no big deal?!-she can't help but be drawn to what's inside one of them. having been raised in the wild by a cat, live fish is a particular favorite of hers. since she'd come to the Thor, she hadn't had any opportunity to eat things the way she normally used to! her curiosity getting the best of her, she begins to follow Will, hopefully being stealthy enough to go by without his noticing...]

[for a while she's afraid she's been spotted! ...oh, wait, no, false alarm. whew! she breathes a quiet sigh of relief, though she makes sure not to make it too loud. that'd just be wrong!

man, if Nepeta hadn't eaten in a while, she'd probably just give up on this endeavor altogether. ON ONE HAND, THE DELICIOUS FISH; ON THE OTHER, THE...BUCKET... stay strong, Nepeta...! here she goes, getting poised to pounce...]

[Mello is negative, of course. Not just with the magnet polarity going on thing, but also with his whole personality, Mello tends to be like a grumpy old man. He is hating this event and it's clear by the frown he gives when he suddenly feels himself behind pulled towards the troll.

[in this situation, Nepeta actually doesn't notice Mello being drawn toward her! she has her back turned to him, and while she is indeed slowly inching toward him, she's not paying attention. how is this possible? she is very busy... checking her Guide for things, messaging other people, and whatnot.

even though she's a troll, she's still a teenager hopelessly distracted by technology. some things don't change between species, apparently!]

[and he is glad she has her back to him. The blond did try to stop this "attraction", however that was proved useless the moment his own back glued to Nepeta's.

And an annoyed sound followed] Fuck.

[okay, there's no way she can't notice that. she straightens up immediately as she feels her back attach to Mello, and squirms as she tries to turn around and see what exactly is going on! ...safe to say, she kind of fails at it, but. at least she's trying?]

What the hell! -I mean, heck!

[Musa had noted the fact that the drive had happened considering the amount of things on the guide was about it, but with her negative charge, she couldn't be too sure of who have positive. She had wondered though how exactly this could happen, but as of right now she had just started to leave the music store after checking out all the cool and awesome instruments that they sell there, her plan was to gain more money before she brought another one.

So for now her guard is down as instead her thoughts are fully on music and what different tunes she could sing, hum, play the flute to as she walked.]

[oh, Nepeta definitely likes to see people who have their guard down! while it makes for less of a challenge, their reactions tended to be the best! sometimes she felt bad if they were in the middle of something important, but that doesn't exactly seem to be the case with this girl, so she's looking pretty eager about this.

she begins to follow Musa and stick to the shadows, hoping she's not too obvious! she's gotta wait for the best possible moment to strike, after all...]

[Musa walked along, hum a niffy little tune to herself, making sure to move out of the way for people from time to time. She enjoyed the humming and it really kept her in the mood to do something, though as to what she had no idea. She didn't really notice anyone that could be following, but did turn her head just to check before turning the corner, starting to make her way back to her room, hands in pockets and still humming away happily.]

[as soon as she sees the other girl start to turn her head, Nepeta retreats into the shadows! she's had experience hunting, after all; it's all instinctive, really. once the coast is clear, she resumes following Musa... and seizing the opportunity, launches herself full speed at the other girl! normally, from this distance, she probably wouldn't have made it, but the added force of their magnetic bond gives her the extra distance as she makes impact!]

[Terezi's in the park, engrossed in her guide as she looks for people to troll (and also tries to find an outfit for this stupid Gala that isn't dull, dull, dull). She is blissfully unaware of any kittytrolls in the vicinity for now.

Of course, she's also positively charged. Good luck with that]

[Nepeta can't pass this opportunity up! though she knows Terezi is more than familiar with her ways by now, she can't help but feel compelled to greet her friend with a pounce anyway. seeing her so nicely distracted gives her the perfect moment to leap and as it looks like she's about to land right on top of her fellow troll...

...she's...stuck floating in the air above her?]

[And that's the first Terezi knows her friend is there. If the sound hadn't alerted her, the olive overhead would have. She looks up]

And when did you learn how to fly?

[purrsona]

I don't know!!

[she flails wildly in midair until she falls forward, right over Terezi as if there's an invisible shield between her and her friend. as she sits back up properly, she just stays there looking utterly confused.]

Oof... what the heck is up with that?!

[Surely, Yugi won't have to worry about getting stuck to anyone today. Good thing that his fluffy, spiky anime hair would never catch anyone's attention, that's just silly. Not that he would mind some hugging from another adorably perky person.

He'll just be sitting on some bench somewhere checking his guide or something. You know, typical unsuspecting vic- I mean playmate stuff.]

[whoa, okay, hold the phone. though Nepeta's seen many strange things both as a result of playing Sgrub and being on the Thor, this kid's hair still manages to stand out to her. how could it not? look at it! how does that even work?!

her (strange) sense of curiosity instantly piqued, she quietly makes her way over to the boy, stealthily approaching on all fours... gotta wait for the right opportunity to strike, after all!]

She'll figure out how to hug him and touch his hair ~somehow~, right?

[Yugi looks over to the side after hearing something, and he sees... oh, it's just another Thorian wandering around, no big deal. Luckily for Nepeta, she went completely unnoticed.

Oh well, nothing important, he'll just go back to guide stuff.]
