Pushing off the wall, Shepard approached Garrus, a faint grin tugging at her lips. Rolling her shoulders, she shifted to the side to glance at the other teams. Okay so maybe she did miss being in command, a lot but this wasn't about that. This was about saving Fox and Shepard was one hundred percent focused on the task at hand. Nothing was about to break her confidence in rescuing him.

Despite being a former squadron commander himself, Bill had no problem with taking orders instead of giving them. That didn't bother him about the team. If anything did, it was the odd company; namely, one Wolf O'Donnell. The Star Wolf Team and the Cornerian Defense Force had never been the closest of friends, so being on the same side as him felt... wrong, to put it simply.
But this was no time to be picky about his teammates, not when Fox's head was about to roll. Those misgivings would have to be ignored until the objective was completed.

But if he was willing to let it go and work with him, then he would too...for now.
"Ready when you give the order."

It had only limited-- and anonymous-- interactions with Fox, but this was its role on the squad. That was reason enough to help.
Their turian leader had shown a natural knack for setting up the teams; each group seemed to have the proper numbers and roles that accentuated their strengths. So, naturally, it was paired with Kasumi to deal with shutting down the pound defenses: two of the best infiltrators (though Legion would object to the title) of their world, versus a dog-catching facility.
But Thor technology was different. Shutting down a system they didn't understand from the outside would take time they didn't have, stealth, and more than a little finesse.
"We are prepared to carry out the mission. We can temporarily take control of a security robot, but it may be best to remain unseen."

So she watched quietly, watching them interact with each other, watching how they moved, watching what their bodies were saying- it was especially interesting to watch aliens like these, most of the ones she had met looked closer to humans. She turned her attention to her group last- she didn't know when she'd have a chance to see the others, so she should look at them now when she had the chance.

Ezio knew Garrus, of course, and he had seen some of the others, but he did not know them personally, not exactly. He stood a little ahead of the group, but not by much. He was surveying what laid before him immediately. While Ezio did have a plan of sorts, he knew that chaos and unpredictability would serve them much better now.

They were three in number now, but still waited for a forth. Instead of engaging Cass and Ezio in petty chatter she remained silent in meditation. Introductions had already taken place at the clinic and a plan laid out. There was nothing else she wanted or needed to know.
