Coffee's the only outright bitter drink I like. Never heard of adding eggs to it, though. Might be worth investigating.

I admit I had not tried many of the foods and drinks before coming here. The... "soft drink" is interesting, but I'm not sure if drinking such airy liquid is good for my stomach.
