[Gwendolen comes into her room, frilly cotton nightgown on and ready for bed. Wait, something is amiss. She could tell That blanket was not like that earlier. Frowning, she looks underneath and yanks it out]

WHO ARE YOU?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING UNDER MY BED?!

[ANGRY PERSON. That makes him nervous. He doesn't worry about his poor blanket right now.]

M-My name is Seto. I'm supposed to be under your bed.

Ad why are you supposed to be under my bed?

I-I'm sorry. It's my job for this month.

[Xion's not aware at all of what's going on underneath her bed. luckily it's still daytime; she just likes to hang out in her room in her free time, and since her job isn't very intensive this month, she's found herself having a lot of it. right now she's just lying on her bed, reading a book and doing her homework like her mun should be doing right now.]

[Since it's Xion, he doesn't see any problem with striking up a conversation. Or at the fact he's chilling under her bed. Nope, this is really normal.]

Uh...Xion?

[... okay, that's definitely enough to make her jump. she freaks out once she hears the voice, sitting up immediately and kicking straight into battle mode. there's about a five-second delay where she's hyper-aware of her surroundings before she realizes she knows the voice-from there, her apprehension just... turns into confusion, because... what?]

[Seto isn't aware that he probably just scared her. All he can hear is the noise on the mattress. Because it's his job, he doesn't move out from under. There's a lot of looking around he's doing. Being under a bed is weird.]

Yeah, it's me.

[Ariel was in a daydream like state, dressed up in a nightgown she spun around. Today had been a rather eventful day to say the least as she picked up a fork and used it to brush her hair happily in front of the mirror. Once she felt like it was brushed enough she stood up and went to laym in bed, grabbing the blankets and holding them close happily, ready for her to fall asleep.]

[From his position on the ground, Seto's able to see her do that, but doesn't respond. Maybe forks are for brushing your hair and eating. He'll have to remember that. After a few minutes, he asks himself quietly:]

...Maybe it just looks like a fork.

[Ariel blinked a moment, sitting up when she heard something. Slowly crawling across the bed she leant over, her head taking a peek at what the sound was and instead of talking or in the girls case getting her guide, she just stares as if wondering why someone was there.]

[Oh, looks like she heard him.]

H-Hello?

[All he can do is stare at the part of the animal he can see. He's not too sure if this is a pet or a monster and if he should continue hiding or wake the person on the bed up in case it's dangerous.

[Maybe he should give it a treat. It's difficult, but he shifts around in takes out a small cat treat to roll over to it.]

[Seto wasn't sure what kind of noise this strange animal would make. Judging whether an animal is mad by squeal is out of his area of expertise. Meows? Fine. Growls? Sure thing. It sounds happy so he's not too concerned.

Seto continues to stay under the bed even when the person above him wakes up. ]

Um. Me?

My name is Seto. I-I'm sorry if we woke you up.

[Just chilling under your bed. No problems here.]

[Long before Polly realizes Seto is there, someone else does. Alice's nose pokes into the shadows under the bed, followed by the rest of her, drawn by this new, unfamiliar scent.]

[She then promptly greets the boy by licking his cheek.]

[Is it a dog? Seto can't tell. People have some really strange animals wandering around. He's prepared to scoot back, but then he's licked on the cheek. That can't mean it's evil.]

[Alice makes a little trilling sound, for all the world as if she's answering him, golden eyes gleaming in the dark.]

[From elsewhere in the suite, Polly calls out.]

Alice! Time for our walk!

[The animal yips, but stays put, her tail waving from underneath the blanket that overhangs the bed. Looks like she wants her owner to meet her new friend.]

That's a strange noise.

[The little animal seems nice. He moves around and pulls a cat toy out of his bag. Yes, play with the strange animals Seto. He brushes it against the ground in front of the fox. Wanna play?

Oh, is that Polly's voice? He recognizes it.]
