Well, he technically WAS invited...

Judas had to admit, he was a bit impressed with the whole scene. He didn't think that Matthew would be able to pull something like this together, especially when he had insisted that he knew nothing of birthday parties or how they are organized. Yet here was a spread that could rival a party thrown by a lower noble. While he normally didn't attend such things, he decided not to dissappoint Matthew and at least show up for a moment to acknowledge his work for the guest of honour.

Of course, it was that precise person that made Judas strap his swords to his belt, just in case. He didn't want to end up as an entree. How good was a dragon's memory anyway?

"Clearly." Judas said with a sigh. "Perhaps you need some kind of hobby. Like haunting someone."

"Am I not haunting you, already?" He chuckles. "Perhaps my hobby lies in socializing with others~"

He's polite, at least. It's all too possible that he could wander uncomfortably closer than need be.

That is all too true. Still, Judas doesn't like the idea of being haunted.

"There's nobody else for you to haunt or socialize with?" he asks.

I do get a kick out of annoying my characters sometimes.

At least Uboa's enjoying himself. He's quite content to just watch Judas and smile to himself.

"...I didn't expect Matthew to go out of his way to get this pulled together." Judas admitted. "I used to have to go to parties like this before."

"Lovely may not be the right term." Judas said, raising an eyebrow at the ghost. "...He has something in him. He'd be interesting to see what he would grow up to be. Not that I'd want to watch something like that..."

"Ah, yes. It is easy to forget that time has an effect on the beings here~" he sighed. "Interesting, indeed."

"Yes, it's shocking to find out that not everyone here is a ghost." he said, voice dripping with sarcasm.

"For one who only existed in an unchanging environment, yes, it is quite shocking~" said Uboa, chuckling. "My dear Poniko, she never changed a bit. Not even by a millimetre~"

"So then coming here must have been an utter shock for you." Judas said.

"Indeed," he said. "I never would have expected to one day be given a form in the physical realm~"
