... for those who were affected by Allan's rampage, please don't blame him.

He wasn't himself... I'm not sure what did this to him, but an outside source drove him insane for a time.

I... ah... 'fixed' him, so you don't have to worry anymore.

((ooc: I leave for work like in ten minutes (from the time of this entry being made) s-so don't expect ( Read more... )

... you can cure insanity inflicted by outside forces, miss Inaba? That's... quite a talent.

Probably because there's no concise answer that can cover everyone.

... I don't see how that would change things so much. Granted, a friend of mine is a rather large, sentient firecat. I'm sort of used to strange.

I don't think you understood what I meant when I said that.

I am not a human. Physically, mentally, spiritually... I am something else. Having a human-like friend of another species does not quite qualify.

Neither is Nanaki. His species is quite separate from ours. But- you're not out to destroy the planet and everyone on it? Or out to make yourself a god?

Now now, I said I would only give one hint.

[chuckling]

Fair enough. I suppose I'll just have to discover the rest on my own, then. I do enjoy a challenge.

Ah...

...

I-I see you've met Master, now... in a manner of speaking, since it's over the phone...

Ah, this is your teacher, miss Inaba?

Are you all right? I've heard it was... something of a violent affair.

Mm, that's her.

I'm fine. It wasn't bad for me, at least... once I started reverting him to normal, he didn't have much will to attack me.

... I imagine it's difficult for him. Not having full control of what one does, or not understanding is a frightening thing. It was kind of you to intervene.

And with his friends' help, I imagine he'll recover.

Mm... he's been taking it hard. I hope he understands it wasn't his fault...

It may take a bit of time. I've seen similar things happen with my own friends, at home- it took them a while to get over it. But, as they say- time heals all wounds.

... as long as you don't pick at them constantly, anyway.

... I'm afraid not everybody in this town will easily let it go, even if it wasn't his fault... it depends on who he went after while he was crazy...

Probably not. Were there any fatalities?

... I think so, yes.
