Thor/Avengers fanart plagiarism
On April 27th I have posted a fan graphic on my tumblr (link). The graphic has been reposted (without permission or credit) to the thorki community on LJ ( link) later the same day by hysteria101. I left a comment on the entry asking for proper credit and providing the original link. I also replied to those who left kind words, thanked them and let them know it was my work. All these comments of mine have been deleted. At this point I contacted the mods of the community, who have been very supportive. On April 29th screamersgirl left a comment on the entry (screenshot part1 | part 2) with the credits.
On May 9th, fatal_fantasy, the community owner, found the comment left by the other mod removed and left a comment of her own, reminding hysteria101 that posting artist credits was necessary (screenshot part 1 | part 2). I checked back in a few days to see if the comment was still there and found it removed. Here is a screencap of the entry as it appeared on 2012-05-14 (link).
In the meantime it came to my attention that the person also left a comment in my journal (which I apparently somehow overlooked) on May 1st ( link). Should anything happen to this, I took a screencap as well (link). I quote:

I admit it was this comment that made me consider a report, and I would be glad if you could look into the matter.
