Thor/Avengers fanart plagiarism

On April 27th I have posted a fan graphic on my tumblr (link). The graphic has been reposted (without permission or credit) to the thorki community on LJ ( link) later the same day by hysteria101. I left a comment on the entry asking for proper credit and providing the original link. I also replied to those who left kind words, thanked them and let them know it was

I'm mod writinchica2k assigned to this case. Given hysteria's lack of credit on the art posting and hir subsequent attitude on the subject, this definitely warrants a case. Thank you for the caps.

Have the mods banned that person? And why is your art allowed to remain up at the community when the mods know that you aren't being credited?

It's awful for that person to delete all the comments related to giving credit to the artist and is being awful and taunting to the artist. I hope they were banned. It just really puzzles me that the mods didn't delete the post when it was found out credit wasn't being given.

What's worse is that the user deleted the mod comments which were crediting the art.
I'm actually surprised the mods didn't step in and just delete the post themselves.

I am literally speechless right now. The gall is...wow. There are no words. If ever there was a case of necessitating taking a cast iron skillet to the upside of someone's head plagiarism that should result in banning, this is it.

On another note, your art is STUNNING.
