[He wasn't really participating in this festival, but he saw it on his way home. And he can't resist games. So he's kneeling and seems to have caught several dozen fish that are wrapped up in bags and waiting to be taken.
And he's still playing. He scoops with confidence! And never misses.]
[Aaaaand scoop! It's such a magnificent scoop too. The little red fish goes high into the air before landing in his catcher without so much as cracking the delicate paper. How he does it no one knows. But as he hands it to the seller to be bagged he looks up with a grin.]
