How did you win a prize at Nordstrom's? All I ever "win" is a tail as I must look like a shoplifter in my vintage 50's sundress and box purse. Hey, security, there's money in this vintage bag!

We had an escaped Pomeranian in our yard most of yesterday. The parents were extremely happy to see our post on the neighborhood forum as he didn't have tags. According to the parents, he wriggles out of his collar all the time. Bad form, Pom!

Cool nail polish, heels and a place to show them off away from the cheap seats sounds awesome!

I bought a bra when they were having a contest - they asked if I wanted to be "automatically entered," and I said sure. AND THEN I WON. Ahahaha at you winning a tail. I bet your vintage bag is FABULOUS.

Oh, Pomeranian. He should be glad there weren't any eagles to scoop him up!

I still just have the one painted nail because I'm SO unused to it, but now I'm digging it. I feel like my hands look "witchy" when they're painted. Evidently not when they're blue, purple and green shimmers!

Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee! I love the idea of peacock colored shoes and nail polish. What's going between the shoes and nail polish - a dress? Of what color?

The friends I was staying with last night have a darling little pit bull, who sadly got a cut out on her walk on her back leg. So they dealt with that, washing it and putting on some bactine, much to the dog's disgust, and afterwards she spent the rest of the night sitting on the couch with me, as I was the only one not implicated in that undignified affair. It was adorable!

*pats seat next to me* I have this fabulous LBD that makes me feel like a million bucks (and is COMFORTABLE! AND SEXY!) that I'll be wearing. I still need to find a great necklace and bag to tie it all together, but I have a few weeks. :D

OMG, Pit bulls are SO SWEET. They really are such cuddle bugs. I laughed out loud at her clinging to you for being the only one not involved in her humiliation. :D

Ohhh, I do love a good LBD. And yay for necklaces! I have to find one for a wedding I'm going to on Saturday, which is 30s themed. I have a great little dress, and silver shoes and a silver purse, but the necklace is eluding me. I will not be beaten!

I am back from my gallivanting as of this afternoon! Now I am in my PJs eating Cheerios for dinner, which is how all good vacations should end.
