Attempted to make Tablet today, for the second time. First time, it didn't set and turned into burnt sugary gloop, this time althought it is still a bit soft... nearly there. Will see if chilling it in the fridge turns it into the sugary, crystally beutiful treat my Nana used to make me. I had a bit earlier and am still bouncing on the sugar high
