You've definitely brought out his single-minded attention to finding a cure in his interactions with my characters (I play sleight_of_soul as well as Courtney here), and he's nicely brooding. I think you could get away with having him be even more moody around the Nexus, but it's also easier to get interaction when your character's polite.
I'm not a Zel/Lina shipper--actually, I'm not much of an anything shipper when it comes to Slayers; I like the interaction of the group as a whole. But I don't have a problem with it, and I like your justification for it.
In short, thanks for playing him in the Nexus! Please stick around!

I like both Courtney and Third, by the way. Zel likes them too :D
(Also, you've probably already determined that the Mostly-Canon!Zel is the one who's been hanging around in the Nexus. I don't think any of the others will be showing up there, though >.> Maybe DBFS!Zel.)
