Oh my gosh. This is sweet, and tender, and loving, and awesome all rolled into a great big awwwwwwwww. I love me a wee Dean and his relationship with his father. I love me big Dean and his relationship with his father. I just love me some Dean and John, with a little Sammy thrown in for good measure. This was perfect and one of the few moments of pause for the Winchester men. It's nice to see John giving Dean a sweet happy memory amidst everything else. I loved this. Thanks.

I also feel that John gets a bad rep. Some deserved, but much of it (most of it) totally undeserved. So, it is nice to see a good sweet moment between father and son(s), even if it is fanfic and not canon. Thanks again.
