He really needed to go to the market. The pantry was completely empty and he was tired of eating junk food and having to depend on Mandy to sustain himself. Still, he'd been fairly busy getting his flat in order and he had to admit that it looked a hundred percent better.
The pub wasn't crowded yet, but it was still early in the evening. Zach prefered to go when it was quieter, at least if he was planning to dine alone. Dining alone wasn't something that he was particularly fond of, but he really did need a good meal and although he had finally caught up on sleep, the prospect of cooking for himself tonight was not an inviting one.
He sipped his ale as he waited for his food, watching the door swing inward as customers came and went.
