Summary: Fleur visits her husband in the hospital.

Her life had transformed completely. She was moving to a new home soon. She was on the way to physical and mental recovery, come hell or high water. She had heard nothing of or from her husband. Assuming she would have been informed by now if Bill Weasley were dead, she supposed he was in the hospital because if he had hidden his sorry self at Remus Lupin’s for the Full Moon and his injuries were not serious then Bill would have definitely been home by now.
So there she found herself, standing in front of his room at the little hospital in Stoatshead Hill. She stared at the door, willing for him to feel the prickly hair on the back of his neck stand up, giving him the knowledge of her presence.
But she knew he could smell her long before she even stepped foot in the building.
She was torn between anger and worry. She wanted to help him but he had thrown her concern in her face by never once turning to her or depending on her. To him she would always be a fragile thing, not the majestic and terrifying beauty that he had unleashed that glorious night.
She silently opened the door of his room.
He was there, in his bed, waiting, watching her as she quietly entered the room. Pressing her shoulders back as if she still bore her wings, she crossed the distance between the entrance and the chair at his bedside before she sat to face him. They watched each other carefully as she moved.
Everything had changed between them.
She sat regally and stared straight into his face.
Then she tilted her head to the side in curiosity.
