RP: Guess who's coming for dinner?

Cai had been a marvelous help, but Arabella knew it was time to send her back to Caradoc when the little elf began putting Arabella's tartan carpet slippers onto her feet in the morning, just to have something else to do. Arabella had rolled her eyes, which made Cai burst into giant tears that leaked down her green pinafore. Obviously the little house elf was ready for a change of scenery, and Arabella simply needed a respite from Cai's bossiness and ultra-solicitiousness. It would be nice to have her house to herself again, most of the time. After all, Cai would come over for a few hours two days a week to clean the house, which was all the help Arabella needed or wanted.
Thanks to Willa Grubbly-Plank, Arabella had found a wonderful tawny owl, which she named Royal, after the Reading Royals, her favorite Muggle football club and because he was a rather regal-looking owl. On Wednesday she'd sent Royal off to Caradoc with a note inviting him for dinner Friday evening. At half-six, with a pot roast in the oven, Arabella heard a knock on the door. It was Caradoc.
"Come in, dearie," she said, giving her "nephew" a hug.
