RP: It's like a jungle

It wasn’t that Victoria was dreading living on her own, precisely. It wasn’t that she was dreading living in the country, as opposed to London, either. Not really. At the same time, it was a bit frightening to suddenly be setting up house on her own. Even if it had to happen eventually.
She was standing by the gate, looking through a jungle of plants, bushes and trees- it might once have been a garden - at her house. Somehow she didn’t remember it looking quite so derelict. She was fairly certain that the garden had looked better, at least.
Victoria walked up the path to the house, making mental notes to get something together on horticulture. Herbology hadn’t been her strongest subject at Hogwarts, but she would go mental if she was to look out at this mess.
The house in itself wasn’t half bad, she mused, as she got closer. It had some damage, but if she remembered correctly from the last time, it was mostly superficial, and would hopefully not require great technical knowledge.
As she raised her hand to open the door, a voice rang behind her.
