Mr. Avery,
Thank you for including me in your offer. I don't have anything going on Saturday morning, so I'd be more than happy to help you out. I'll be there a few minutes before seven. Oh, and while I'm thinking of it- do I need to bring anything with me?

The pleasure is all mine. I am pleased to know that you will be there. Currently, our staff numbers at four, as Ms. Bulstrode and her lovely daughter will be joining us. The morning is still new, however, so we shall see.
As for bringing something, there is no need, although a chair or two might be nice. To be honest, I'm uncertain what kind of traffic we'll have, so a thought to your comfort would be wise. Anything that makes a job more pleasant can't go wrong.
I look forward to doing business with you this weekend.

Thank you for the opportunity to work at the markets. Liam and I would love to be there to help out, and I have every confidence my son will be on his best behaviour.
I do have a shift at the Five Alarm that starts in the mid afternoon, so if the markets are still going after lunch, I will have to leave. What time should I be there on Saturday morning?
Thanks for thinking of me for this venture.
Regards

I'm honoured to have you on board. Thank you for making time in your busy schedule, and of course for the gift of young Liam's presence. I know he'll capture the hearts of many clients. Shall we hope to capture their wallets as well? I'm certain your son will be an angel, and if on the oft chance he's caught an impish wind, I have a few chores that will keep him occupied.
Whatever your schedule can afford, I will gladly take. Seven o'clock will do nicely. I look forward to seeing you both.
Sincerely,
Julian Avery

"Damnit," He muttered, bending to scoop the creature into his hands before taking it to the peregrine's downstairs perch. He unfurled the message, before setting a bowl of water before the tired animal, scrabbling around for a couple of owl treats. Since he kept a falcon as opposed to an owl, most of his bird food tended to be of the recently-dead variety, but he still kept a supply for emissaries and messengers.
Taking the stairs two at a time, he sat at his writing desk as Kali fluttered to his shoulder, her sharp talons digging into his skin slightly.
"Ow, love, watch it." He grumbled, taking up his biro as he wrote a neat, orderly reply to the man.

I aplogize for my tardiness in responding to your owl. Ben and I will be glad to help out. Thank you for thinking of us. We will see you bright and early Saturday morning.

It's not a problem at all. This is a busy time of the year, after all. Thank you for accepting, and I look forward to Saturday. Be warm and safe in the meantime.
With Regards,
Julian Avery
