Man I am not sure how I feel about that store name, but welcome to Cherokee Street!

Thanks. What's wrong with the name?

It makes me think of bulimia which in my mind is a negative connotation. I get it though. And I'll still check out the store.

Ah, we just have an offbeat sense of humor -- we buy stuff, and hopefully spew it back out to people who want to buy things.

I like your Blythe doll icons, cute!

Very poor taste in names.

Agreed x 1000. It's rather upsetting.

I kind of like the name it makes me think of the episode of the Simpsons where lisa was in the beauty pageant.

Sounds like a fun shop

I promise this question is not connected with the name but how's the size selection looking for women's clothing so far? Is it all the more mainstream sizes like you often find in vintage stores or are there plus sizes too?

I have to say, the ladies who work there are none too thin so we have a very large (no pun intended) selection of bigger sized clothing. I think we've done pretty well on getting an array. It's also mixed in instead of being a lone rack off to the side, so you're not feeling like a secluded fatty...anyhow, that's how I feel at Rag-o-Rama :'(

That sounds amazing. Next time I'm in the city I will have to stop by.

I'll be there for that, and for the Cranky Yellow opening too.
I will only say that I will take the name to mean an economic binge and purge, but in my currently financial state, I think my bank account would qualify more as involuntarily anorexic.

Haha, I hear you. Well, the bands are free and I think the food is too (definitely free drinks while they last!), so no pressure to spend moolah.
