Popcorn revisited, and other such nonsense

I've been making microwave popcorn for twenty-some years. The other day I was at the store and decided to buy a bag of the old-timey kind. Kind of cool, that. Popping the old fashioned way; shaking the big pan on the cooktop. It definitely has a different taste than microwave, and it brought back memories

I remember when I buried my mother, it was one of the hardest thing I've ever done in my life. To stand there looking down at the headstone.. Yeah, I totally get where you are coming from. I've only been out to the cemetary a couple of times since her funeral, it's just too hard.
